Guy Tatum has been great to work with. I made an offer on a house, and come to find out through inspections it needed a ton of work. Seller interviewed multiple contractors and Mr. Tatum was the most thorough and professional. Not to mention the most capable of accomplishing the task. Other contractors wanted to tackle pieces rather than the entire foundation related problem. I couldn't be happier that the sellers picked him to do the work. He's communicated both with the seller and buyer throughout the process, and even though things were even worse than we originally thought, Guy Tatum
