I needed two last-minute bouquets for some volunteers to hand out and they did an incredible job. From ordering over the phone Friday to the delivery Saturday in the morning, everything was excellent. The flowers were beautiful, and I really appreciated that they worked within my budget.

Not recommended, ordered flowers for a local Ashburn teacher, important anniversary, was told they would definitely arrive by noon, was told a picture of arrangement would be sent, didn't arrive until after school was dismissed, no pic sent, representative was called and given opportunity to make it right, his solution was a discount on next order, What next order? With limited options in the Ashburn area my suggestions is pick up your own flowers and give them to your important person, do not patronize this establishment. By the way $100 for a dozen

I ordered flowers for a Saturday delivery before Mother’s Day. They didn’t arrive. Tried to contact firm and couldn’t even leave a message. I had to text them. The response back said they would look into it as soon as possible- which now seems like it will be Monday after Mother’s Day. I’m asking for a refund. I didn’t hear from them on Monday and they didn’t answer their phone. I did text them (again). Ultimately called Flowershop Network- their internet vendor and got a refund from them. Would not recommend.

I had high hopes for this place but at the end i ended up disappointed. I placed a flower order a week in advance and I specifically said to deliver the flowers before a certain time . The day of the delivery, I didn't get a notification of the flowers being delivered. So I called the next day to find out . The customer service person said that he didn't know what happened and didn't even try to fix or compensate the problem why the flowers didn't get delivered. The whole point of getting flowers is for the suprise, not for her to driving the next day and meet the driver to pick her flowers up

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am honestly extremely disappointed and upset with the service I received from this flower shop and I never received the flowers from this "flower shop". My boyfriend tried surprising me and ordered me flowers for me right before Valentines day (they were suppose to deliver 2/12/21 before 5PM at my job). He specifically called 5 days in advance to make sure if this company can deliver the flowers by a certain day and time. They said sure of course pay extra and we will guarantee delivery for Friday 2/12/21 before 5 PM.

My experience was unpleasant. A strange situation when I spent half an hour choosing a bouquet that I would like to give, and in the end, the company replaced it without even letting me know. The bouquet that I chose was expensive but looked interesting, what was brought to the recipient was a complete disappointment. After I called the company to get an explanation, they promised to call back and they never did. I will never use the service of this company again.
