The American Real Estate School is now celebrating over 50 years of excellence in real estate education and has been approved by the Department of State since 1969. We offer courses at our main location in Hauppauge. For your convenience we offer day, evening and weekend classes. Our instructors are all approved by the Department of State.
You can complete the continuing education course required by the Department of State online. The American Real Estate School, in conjunction with OnCourse Learning, offers a discounted online continuing education course for salespersons and brokers. Any combination can be made to meet the 22.5 hour continuing education requirement for salesperson and broker by the Department of State.

I just got finished taking the class. I walked in not knowing anything about Real Estate and left feeling very prepared to take not only the school test but the state test also. I recommend you ask for Toni to be your teacher she was such an amazing teacher. I really loved how prepared she was. Great A++++ so glad I went with this school!!!!!

I took their Home Inspection course. This school was alright. The teachers were great. They truly had a lot of experience to share, and they were excellent at passing on their general knowledge to get you through the state exam. However, if you have no background in some form of contracting work, please be aware this will be extremely difficult for you. I originally worked as a waiter in a restaurant. Most of my classmates were contractors of varying backgrounds. This caused my teachers to be a tad lax on the PRACTICAL APPLICATION of Home Inspection when it came to taking us on practice inspections

Absolutely the BEST experience I have had in a learning setting! I put off getting my salespersons license because I thought zoom would be difficult but the course was a breeze! Toni is an amazing instructor, very detailed, straight to the facts, she doesn't leave you wondering or, like other schools...make you read all 20 chapters beginning to end. She is structured and makes sure you understand. Most importantly, she genuinely cares about everyone. I have referred many people to her and they all feel the same. I was actually sad this afternoon leaving the class for the last time :( Jerry is great

I just completed my 75 hours Real Estate Salesperson course and had a fantastic experience! Tony was the instructor and was so knowledgeable, sharing her 30 years of experience which gave me clear visuals. I was concerned about zoom but it was so easy and fun! The two weeks went so fast! Toni really prepared us for the school and state exams. I feel confident I will pass the state exam thanks to a wonderful teacher Toni!

When I decided to take my Real Estate classes I was worried that it was virtually, but once I started I must say Toni Clemente was one of the best instructors she took her time with us even though we was a large group her notes are by far the best, she explains everything so good I never felt rushed to hurry up and get it she took her time and made sure we was all set. she is so understanding and polite she is an AMAZING TEACHER she made me feel very confident with all of my material.THANK YOU TONI AND FRAN

I recently attended along with my wife the American Real Estate School 75 hour Real Estate Salesperson virtual course .I originally spoke with Gerry the director of the school he was professional and knowledgeable.
The best part of the class was the Instructor TONI CLEMENTE !! TONI is amazing at what she does !!! She makes a complex curriculum simple and easy to understand! My wife was extremely apprehensive to take the class. She had absolutely no knowledge of the Real Estate industry prior to taking the class.My wife and I completed the course following TONI’S guidance both with 80% and higher

I took my state exam today so I do not have my results yet but I know I passed. The instructor, Toni is an awesome teacher. She don’t just teach you she makes it so you remember. I love how she was patient and always understanding. Never once did she raise her voice or seem frustrated to have to go over something yet again because a student was absent or late. I recommend the American Real Estate School. It was worth my money.
