We will include your children in all activities, even if you drop them in for just a short time. To provide a safe, loving, fun, creative, and inviting atmosphere for all children in our care while ensuring peace of mind, comfort, and trust for all parents for the well-being of their children by practicing consistent, high standards of child care by all employees at all times-no exceptions. Carla DiGiovanni was a single mom of two small children when she founded PlanetKid.
PlanetKid is a fully flexible child care center featuring numerous programs and customizable schedules for individual family needs. PlanetKid is accredited through the Early Learning Coalition (ELC) of Brevard County. We offer age-appropriate curriculum approved by the ELC.
We design full-time and part-time programs to build self-esteem, introduce-self control, foster social development, build problem-solving skills, develop respect for others, and enhance learning.Mathematics and science. Children use block play to about learn about measurement and balance. During circle time, teachers talk about the weather and seasons.

In exchange for your click, we will keep you in the loop about all PlanetKid news, happenings, and specials; inform you about hot topics related to kids and child care; offer food for thought, words of wisdom, and inspiration; and we will probably post a few cute photos, too. The staff at PlanetKid recognizes how inconvenient school holiday and in-service days can be.
Q: Do I have to wait until a certain time to register my child for the Preschool and Junior Preschool programs? You can register anytime during the year, and your child is welcome to begin right away. You can sign up for Preschool and Junior Preschool at your convenience-you do not need to wait until the beginning of a school year or even the beginning of a new week.

My daughter is always excited to go to daycare here 🤗 she comes home with the cutest crafts and I love knowing she is cared for by a very friendly and attentive staff. She gets meals, nap time, and constant diaper changes. She has never come home willingly! Thank you Planet kids for your amazing staff!! I love that my toddler has a fun and safe environment when mommy needs a break! You guys rock!

If I could give more stars I would. They were absolutely amazing with my little 1 year old son. I had never left him with anyone besides family, and the PlanetKid staff were so patient, loving, and kind. My son really thrived here. He was always dry and fed when I picked him up, happy and smiling. He enjoyed going to school and I truly felt like he was being supervised and cared for all day, everyday. Plus he was fed breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks. I received daily sheets noting what he ate and changing times. I was in tears when I picked him up a couple Friday's ago and was told they had

I’m so thankful to have found this place. It’s the first place my child was comfortable going to and the flexibly this center has is my savior. I recently moved to Florida last year me and my husband have not been able to go out on a date since we have moved here. Tonight we dropped the two kids off and we are going to enjoy a dinner alone. Reading these low reviews I was appalled. I'm not sure what daycare these people are attending. My daughter and nephew have been attending full time since they were 1 yrs old. Have they gotten scrapes and bruises sure, they same kind they get with me when we go to a park? Yep! Kids play and run and fall that's what they do. The managers Kristin and Paige are amazing and the teachers are kind and patient. My daughter runs in an excitement every morning and I assure you if it wasn't a happy, safe environment my daughter would refuse to go in.

I believe this establishment would work well only as a drop off daycare, if you need to make a quick errand and only leave your child here for an hour or two. I tried bringing my child in here as a full time day care, and I felt they were not teaching her nor really caring for her. Two times I had picked her up and she was completely lethargic and we went straight from here to the ER, the first time with a 106 degree fever and NO ONE said anything about her being sick all day, no one took her temperature, let alone noticed that she was sick. My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was one. I have been happy with everything since day one, they were helpful and patient with potty training, without their persistence during the day I don't think it would of been such an easy process.
My daughter has even ask to go to school on Saturday's because she has so much fun. By 2 she knew her alphabet and would sing songs and her colors and shape naming was amazing. This school really cares. She is now four and will be attending here for VPK and I wouldn't think of sending her anywhere else.

My children have been going to Planet Kid for drop-in since May 2017 and they love it! They are well cared for and fed. We were so happy with their care that when we decided it was time for me to go back to work after 6 years of being a stay at home mom, we chose them as our full-time care. I highly recommend!

Julie became more talkative right away and brings home paintings and drawings most every day. She is happy to go into the loving arms of any staff member and has never had an issue with belongings even if we forgot to put her name on them. They are excellent.
I would recommend their services to anyone on the basis of our experience using both the full time and the drop off services.
When I read the bad reviews I figured those people are on a different planet than this one because the darling daughter

Understaffed and under managed. We stopped taking our son here when it seemed liked every week he was coming home with his glasses broken and scratches from some other kid. I understand they are kids and they're going to get into scuffles every now and then but I feel like someone should have been close enough by to stop things from getting as far as they would. After a few incidents such as this and after our son told us the instructor made him pee outside on the play ground because there was no one to take him back inside to use the restroom, we decided to stop using planet kid.
