Got my braces done here, I can not express how annoyed I am with this place... when they were removing my braces FINALLY after nearly 2 years in the making and over $3,000 of my money spent, he was filing/smoothing down my teeth, and the last thing he did WITHOUT asking me first he filed down one of my central teeth to look significantly shorter than the other! "So they won't look too perfect" he said. I did NOT pay $3,000+ to have imperfect teeth, it angers me to this day that he did that without asking, I like the length of the tooth he didn't file down, I just can't

Joel Martinez and his team are awesome! They always demonstrate a sense or urgency and care for their patients. My retainer came off..I didn’t have an appointment and they took me in without asking questions. I was so happy they were able to help me over the weekend..since I live out of town. Overall had a great experience and would definitely recommend Getting your braces with Joel Martinez!

Staff is always friendly! Fast Appointments, in and out quick. And Dr. Martinez is So Kind and courteous. And up to date on the last in Orthodontic procedures and latest technology. Been my Orthodontist Specialist since '89! I unfortunately did not keep my permanent retainer on and my teeth moved. So here I Am for round two. Wouldn't have gone anywhere else! And still Glad i didn't!

I had my braces put on in 2002 by Dr. J. Treatment only took 1.5years. In that time I went from hiding my teeth to being nicknamed “smiley” in high school. It’s been 16years since then and both my permanent retainers have held. I believe his treatment is efficient and will last a life time. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service and awesome orthodontist. I have been going to Dr. Martinez office for 15 years. I had braces for 2 years 15 years ago for about 1 year and currently have permanent retainers.. to this day Dr. Martinez office will see me with no hassle if I ever need anything at all. I recommend this office 100%.

I had my braces done Dr. Martinez when I was in highschool and the work he did was fine. When I moved away, the wire in my permanent retainer broke and one of his technicians "fixed" it. 1 year passes and my teeth (exactly where the internal retainer broke) begin to move and when I go back, they inform me that the wire was never actually fixed but simply cut off so that it wouldn't bother me. What's the point of an internal retainer?! Then they informed me that I will need braces AGAIN. What an ingenious way to keep business coming - fix their teeth then screw them up again.
