Horrible experiences here for myself and my son, we will not be going back.
I have been trying to get my glasses now for a few months. I had been told for at least 3 weeks they were on back order and found out yesterday that I've been lied to the whole time, they were never actually ordered at all.
My son's glasses broke last November and we took them back to get fixed, he finally got his glasses in March but they were not his repaired pair. They had to order new ones because they didn't know what happened to his. I was told maybe they didn't get them back, maybe they weren't labeled and put
