They never showed up!
In July we met and agreed to a price. They said they would be out in August.
August came and went. When I called they said they had equipment problems...try next month. Next month it was another excuse. I called again in December and left a message...never got back to me.
After several attempts to get them out here and six months of excuses I went with Angry Loraxe of Horseheads.

The service was taking care of my neighbors tree that had overgrown right on the boarder of the two properties. We have a fence separator and a large parking area. When they came to remove the tree, no respect for our property at all! He simply drove onto our property and begin working on the tree. When I asked him, after returning home, what was going on - he just stared at me. Really!? One of the workers asked me if I wanted them to drive on the neighbors lawn....why would I care?
It's not my problem and I should not have been brought into it, period!

Hired Jerry's Tree Service last Thursday to remove a tree that fell on our neighbor's fence following a storm. He took care of the piece on our neighbor's property immediately but understandably had to reschedule to this week to finish the job. His crew just left and did a great job. They were quick, efficient, and did an awesome job cleaning up. Price was very reasonable, would wholeheartedly recommend!

I am so sick and tired of this company's trucks speeding up and down my road. I tried messaging the company directly about the first time I saw one of his trucks floor it down my road in town. They never responded. Today I've seen it happen three times. There are children who live on this street, and I'm sure mine isn't the only street they speed down. If it doesn't stop I will be filing a camplaint with the police.

Unreliable! Came to do estimate, we agreed on price and what was to be done, said he'd be back in two weeks. Never showed! Several phone calls made over the course of a 2+ months. Secretary kept promising he'd be coming in a few days, but that never happened. She finally had him call me. He couldn't give a definite day, as we were "not on the schedule". He didn't care!

I called Jerry's for estimates of both pruning and also tree removal. He made himself available right away to walk the property. His estimate sat while I gathered estimates from other tree services. Jerry's was reasonably priced.
I scheduled with him for both jobs of pruning and removal of the enormous trees next to the house. He took the time to schedule another viewing of the property, and I was put on his schedule within a week from my phone call.
Mr. Sabol provided proof of insurance, and the jobs were completed within 3 days.
I am pleased with the services and will definitely call on this
