When a contract is entered into, both parties named in the document are required by law to uphold their responsibilities as stipulated. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of contract, and legal action is often necessary to reach a resolution. Our firm represents individuals and businesses in various areas of contract law including disputes involving collections, surety bonds, lease disputes, LLC members and partnership disputes, to name a few.
Construction projects are complex and usually involve multiple parties such as contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners, vendors, suppliers and the like. With so many interests at stake, and often large amounts of capital, it pays to have a qualified attorney on call to help with disputes.
We offer expertise and general counsel for small businesses that don't have in-house counsel but need legal services on a regular basis. Retaining our services ensures that you have an advocate familiar with your business practices on call whenever legal support is needed. The costs of these services can be secured at a low hourly rate, fixed monthly retainer or a one-time flat fee depending on your business's needs.
Our firm recognizes that businesses need to stay out of court to avoid the expense of litigation and resolve business issues as quickly as possible. However, there are times when litigation is necessary and unavoidable. We have in-depth experience in handling the complex issues that arise in business and commercial transactions.
