I had been meaning to send an email regarding my experience with your company. I can sum up my thoughts with one 3 letter word, WOW! Most of my career has been in retail management/marketing so I am very much in tune with customer service. The professional and highly functional/manageable web site of yours is a template that others should follow.
The speed in which orders are first acknowledged and then followed up with shipping times and methods are outstanding. The speed in which orders are filled and out your door on their way is best I have ever experienced. Your communication is above all others. I have been in-active for some time on the airwaves and am just now getting my shack powered up.

My first purchase from DX was for a radio that was dead on arrival. They promptly replaced the unit. My second time my order was continually delayed until I cancelled. The third order was put on back order several times and I received the accessories earlier that I can no longer return or use since the main unit never arrived. I think this company should be better aware of their relations with their vendors of what is happening. They say they don’t charge your card until shipment but depends on how you pay. They promptly refunded. I ordered the item from a bigger dealer and received as promised

I try to order a mfj antenna tuner and all I have is trouble to getting having it to be delivered.
All Dx engineer is about is selling you expensive radios I would not buy anything else from DX engineer unless it's a couple thousand dollar order that is the only way you get a order from them.
The only way I can post this is to give them a star but I don't believe they should have a star the are there with mfj

Great folks. Ordered a tower and some other odds and ends from DX. Had tracking within a few hours. Despite UPS dropping the ball twice they were able to fix it in a matter of minutes. DX is by far the quickest radio equipment store around. If you don’t know how to order a tower call em up! They will tell you what you need.

I've spent a tons of money at DX Engineering over the past few months to rebuild my shack and I have nothing but 5-stars for them. Orders are shipping within hours at times and always within a day or two. Everything I've bought has been perfect, to include SWR meters, mobile radios and numerous accessories. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Keep up the great work, folks!

I can't say enough about this vendor, they ship your order super fast and their product line is fantastic! I met them while attending the 2019 HAMVENTION their customer service is exceptional, I purchased their radial plate along with their tilt over antenna mount and my 4BTV looks and performs great. You can't go wrong with DX Engineering

NE Ohio/Western PA's closest and the region's best-stocked ham radio store. Every year their catalog gets larger and larger, and I've never ordered anything that they didn't have in stock. For me, 30 minutes away, it's well worth the drive. Their storefront is inside the huge Summit Racing store, tucked back in the far corner and there's always someone there to help or answer questions, and they'll call for another ham to come up to assist if they can't answer your particular question. Nearly every HF and VHF/UHF radio made today is on display, turned on
