In 1968 the Coughlin family's growing Property Management Company, developed a need for a maintenance division. As the Management Company grew so did the Maintenance division. In 1984 Ted Coughlin took the reigns of the Maintenance division, and has been growing ever since forming Coughlin Service Corp in 1996, with a focus on customer service, tradition and pride.
Today Coughlin Service Corp has a team of eight full-time and ten part-time qualified, and experienced personnel. Coughlin replaced our 80s staircase and did a fabulous job - beautiful craftsmanship! Tommy and his team were punctual, tidy, and very professional. Tommy created the perfect design from pics I shared and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend for any general home improvement projects!
