I hardly or ever to be exact do reviews but I need to provide this information to everyone out there. What can I say, ever since I bought this car In November I’ve had nothing but bad experience, nonstop rude clueless customer representatives service. I have visited this dealership more than what I have to and that sucks!!!!! I’m not say Mercedes’ Benz is a bad car, I’m just saying that if your planning to purchase or service a car, I extremely recommend you go to another location. The customer service quality is real bad and I providing this information to everyone so they don’t experience

Most unprofessional service at Mercedes-Benz. To Took my car in for Service B in the first week of November’21. The service advisor never came back to update me on status or the work done. Front desk just handed over the key. I asked what was done and what was not addressed, and was told service advisor is working on the paperwork and he will call me. No one called me or sent the paperwork. I followed up a week later and was told the same that the service advisor will call me back. Again no one called. Called again in the first week of December and the same story repeated.

I had been working with Puneet since May 2021 in search for a specific car during this crazy time! He was absolutely amazing, very patient and thoroughly searched and through one way or another he got me my car. I wasn't the easiest of clients to deal with as a wanted a specific AMG model with many specifics that I was not willing to compromise on and he made it happen. I was to leave NJ for my home in Florida when the check engine light came on in my 2013 Winnebage RV which is built on a Mercedes Sprinter 3500 chassis. I called the Mercedes dealer in Edison, NJ and the couldn't work on my vehicle for at least 6 weeks. I then called Mercedes-Benz of Princeton and they took my vehicle on the same day. The diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. They informed me that this repair is covered under a "recall" that I was unaware of as I bought the vehicle from a prior owner. Andy ( the Service Advisor) gave me priority as he knew that I was trying to get back on the

I got a fantastic car for a reasonable price. It was the simplest vehicle purchase I'd ever made. The one person who made this the quickest and easiest car purchase I've ever made was Puneet Kapoor. He was an expert on the car I was considering purchasing. When it comes to making purchases, he makes us feel completely at ease. In everything he said, he was truthful and genuine.
