My experience was poor and our policy was canceled due to a miscommunication between our agent and underwriting . Our agent was clueless to the cancelation and thought we had coverage . It was a huge ball drop on the agent and underwriting .But I will say the corporate did damage control on what they could . But I would not recommend this branch. I hate to be negative but the mistake left my family exposed without insurance. And sorry doesn't fix that.

Trent Hruska is the best auto insurance agent I've ever met. He is professional, efficient, courteous and patient in handling customer's questions and needs. He will also spend the best efforts in finding the best discount (ex: drive & safe, good student from my daughter etc..). I couldn't recommend him more!!

I have been with State Farm for about 7 years. The service was okay until I met Trent. I recently became a customer of Brandon Bertrand and I have to admit that he has gone above and beyond to help me with my every day needs. I recently bought a house and I almost made a mistake of going through the mortgage company for my homeowners insurance. The mortgage company was giving me a such a low rate but what I didn't realize was that it didn't insure my house 100% and it didn't have all the endorsements that State Farm offers. I would recommend finding an agent and company that really looks out for their customers, for me Brandon Bertrand did exactly that! He also helped
