The basic Military Funeral Honors ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veteran's family and the playing of Taps.

Joel and his staff are professional and very caring they really helped me 2 years ago with my daughter's services and now for my Godfathers burial, Joel goes beyond what he needs to and is always available 24/7 365. I'm very grateful for all of them they make it easier to focus on your loved ones as they take care of everything else.

They were professional but don't sign over insurance policies to them my mom had prepaid for funeral and then signed over additional policy to them. When she passed all expenses went up. I know there are additional expenses but thought the ones that were prepaid did not go up and they did. I don't understand because contract says that those were covered on pre paid burials. I say just get all info up front before your loved ones death. Disappointed

Did not have prayer cards available, then rushed the order during the wake. The text on cards was so small it was unreadable. Also not impressed with my loved one's presentation in open casket. Casket did not have same ornate details that were shown during purchase. Church service and burial were professional.

Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home in Andover handled my husband's services in August 2017. Not only were Joel and Patrick helpful and professional at all times, but they supported our decisions and made excellent suggestions. The home itself is spacious and beautiful. We have a large number of family members and friends and it accommodated a crowd nicely with plenty of parking. Top notch staff members too.

I've never seen a funeral home do such a bad job with hair and makeup. If I were a family member of the deceased I would have closed the casket. Being just a friend, all I could do was look on in shock and horror at the dark, dark, orange makeup, awkward positioning and seemingly no effort put into her hair. To think that that image will be a lasting memory for her children unsettles me. Time to get a new makeup kit and get your staff back to training. Bad, bad, beyond words horrible.
