Catering Creations is locally owned and operated by Doug & Dodi Thomas. What started out as a simple love of great food, cooking, and serving has turned into an opportunity to cater for Southwest Missouri. This company has been built on family recipes and has formed a foundation for a fantastic menu!

Our staff is hard-working, professional & courteous; and their goal is to make you look good with each event! Labor and set-up charges will depend on the size, location, and type of event. Staff is not only paid for their time to serve at your event, but they are also paid for the time for food transport, event setup, event cleanup, and transport back to our store.
Tender bone-in smoked chicken served with our sweet green beans, pasta salad, and yeast roll. Styrofoam plates and plastic utensils included with the package. Our delicious rosemary pork loin served with roasted potatoes, sweet green beans, oriental crunchy slaw and a yeast roll. Styrofoam plate, plastic utensils, and paper napkin included.
In addition to saving you money, this service takes the dread out of cooking for those family parties and potluck dinners. These items can be baked and served in the aluminum pans they come in, or you can even bake them in your own fancy dishes and take all the credit (We won't tell)! Either way, let us fill up your oven and your home with that fresh-baked smell.

We worked with Doug and Catering Creations to serve dinner for a professional event. They were very easy to work with, flexible, responsive, and patient with my novice planing questions and mistakes.
The food at our event was excellent! We had guests from all across the country, and they were all very impressed with dinner. Catering Creations was able to accommodate all of our guests with dietary restrictions, even though some of them were unusual.
We had the pulled pork and beef brisket, and it was awesome. I would absolutely patronize a restaurant repeatedly if they operated one.
