The 20 yr old Norcold refrigerator in my little RV blew up in the hot Oklahoma weather. A replacement was needed, I explored several options and models. I called and wrote, getting estimates for lead times and costs. With Fastpitch tournaments to attend, I needed one fast. Every place locally had high prices and could not guarantee a lead time within the next month, maybe year. I looked on ebay and found a listing for a fridge at KC Home Trailer. Purchased New furnace for RV, item received with numerous dents in parts, two parts were broken and company shipped to me and when furnace installer tried to install found that two coils were bad. Spent over $1000 for junk. Seller accused us of doing something to furnace! What would I do that if we needed it to work?! I’m not willing to be out over $100 to send it back so then the seller can refuse to refund my money. Goto Camping World, cheaper and better customer service! I didn’t realize this company sells refurbished units as new. Costly lesson for sure!

Great Experience! John was johnny on the spot doing exactly what he promised by getting my order out as quickly as possible. I live roughly 800 miles from Kansas City and I had the furnace core that I ordered in two days! Wow! I know where I'll be shopping from now on for all of my RV needs! These folks are great!

I have bought many items here, as you walk thru this place you find anything you need and lots more . I have absolutely not complaints, sales and service is top notch .
In fact this week I will be there again to buy a new suburban furnace for our 2004 motorhome. At the price they have new , why have dealer check out my old one and charge me half price to tell me it don’t work , duh!
I will replace complete unit. Be ready for next cold day. Tomarrow will be that day.
If they don’t have it , you probably don’t need it
