I would highly recommend Sara if you are purchasing or selling your home or vacation property. Due to Canadian Covid-19 restrictions my wife and I could not visit Sarasota to purchase our condo. No problem. Sara to the rescue. She provided us with a virtual tour and critical information about the purchase process in Florida. She also provided recommendations on a lawyer, home inspector, and insurance agent who we used for the transaction. Her administrative team was also outstanding and very supportive. I found Sara via her comprehensive website. The site was full of local information and resources about the Sarasota communities. She was immediately responsive to my inquiry and focused on my wish list for a house, location and the timing of a move. Sara’s advice was spot on. As an out-of-state buyer, we had been using the SaraSellsSarasota.com website as a great resource for information on neighborhoods and listings. We found a listing for a home that we thought might go fast, but we had to drive from Wisconsin to Illinois that day. We gave Sara a call from the car, and based on her comprehensive knowledge of the Sarasota real estate market she gave us all the information we needed to decide if we wanted to put in an offer.
