Jann’s pharmacy is very patient oriented. Jann goes out of her way to ensure you receive the best service possible. She is very attentive to her patients needs. It is apparent that she cares about her customer.

Jann is amazing! My friend and I went in to pick up a package and she was there by herself running the entire pharmacy, and was still so sweet and energetic. After just one visit I have decided to get all my medicine here from now on. I highly recommend Jann’s pharmacy to anyone seeking a pharmacist who truly cares about their customers, and knows their stuff about medicine!

Jann and the gang were amazing! They made me feel like family when getting my vaccine which was really comforting (I’m squeamish with needles). The service was so personable and polite - will be going back soon!!

My wife and I are from Northport, but now live out of the country. We used to use the Kmart Pharmacy because Jann was there. We were elated to find her new place several years ago and have used her for all of our needs since. She goes out of her way to accomodate us and our sometimes very tight timelines. She and her staff have always been professional and very helpful and friendly. I have and continue to recommend them very highly.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced in health care. I have tried using Jann's for three months with a poor experience each time. First visit-it will take 20 minutes and I waited for over an hour. Second visit-I called for refills. They had to order and, since it was Friday, they would not have them until Monday. (They had the prescription, didn't they know to order it so it would be in stock for the next month?) So, I show up Monday to get them. Oops, they filled out the paperwork incorrectly so you will have to come back Tuesday. Mind you, these were respiratory medications, something

When KMart Northport closed, my biggest concern was the relationship I had with the pharmacist and staff because I take several medications and she had ALWAYS taken the time to tell me about the medicines I was taking. When Patient Care Pharmacy opened, it was a no-brainer for me to move my medicines over to them because Ms. Sides was there from KMart. I can't say enough good things about the people of this pharmacy, besides the convenience and ease of refilling.
