Mike Duwe is awesome! The first time I walk I the gym, is open and spacious and workouts are in session. You can see there are different areas of equipment to focus on certain workouts. Clean towels are provided, water bottles for sale and they even have a recycling trash bin!!! Mike is intense, but friendly, he will help you meet your fitness goals. You just tell Mike what your goals are and he will help you fitness and nutrition wise. Parking is available and no membership card or sign in to deal with or keep up with. If you can't make it to the gym, they will provide you with a workout
