Services
Home Computer Repair was founded in 1999 by owners Randy and Deanna McElveen. We have endeavored to offer honest, quality computer services as a cornerstone of our business in Mount Vernon. Our number one goal has always been to create "fans" of our business through surprisingly great customer service.
Check out our competitive rates. Keep in mind that we are VERY good at what we do and can repair a computer much faster than many of our competitors. This means less labor for you to pay! There will be a storage fee totaling 10% of bill imposed after an item has been at our shop for 30 days past the completion date.
Our computer Systems are constructed using the finest name brand, performance parts. All of our computers are tested for 24 hours before going out to our customers. We also take trade-ins "dead or alive" and will move all of your files from your old computer to your new HCR system, absolutely free.

I took an old Dell PC in yesterday because it was slower than molasses in the winter time. It was ready today with RAM added and some annoying stuff removed that had sneaked in. Randy also had some online game suggestions for seniors. Kudos!
