This company installed Ply-gem windows. Unfortunately, they installed two bad sliding door panels, two bad screens, one window that had so much pressure it would not open. Once installation has occurred, any problems are considered warranty issue; regardless of how recent the install occurred. As you can imagine, dealing with a warranty department is never any fun. The windows were installed back in January, it's now June and my problems have yet to be corrected. From the start Lomax has been exceedingly helpful, courteous, and above all, professional!
Starting with our salesman, he worked with us to get the best deal! Juan & Alex came on the appointed day at the appointed time! Being Seniors, there were a few things we were unable to move & they helped! The install was neatly & professionally done, with cleanup done as they went!!! I live in a mobile home & they were very careful to prevent harming the walls! I couldn’t be happier with their work! I would recommend this company to everyone! We have the low-E triple pane & replaced single pane windows

Won't let me do a half star, but this is a four and a half star review. The windows we had installed looked absolutely beautiful. There were some imperfections on some of the windows, but the lifetime warranty covers their replacement. Lomax was graciously willing to file on our behalf and come out and do the replacement.
The individuals involved with this company will truly do what needs to be done to make their customers happy. There was a rocky road in the middle of our install and the installers were pulled off the job site leaving a huge mess behind them. I was contacted almost immediately

I have been waiting for a year on a claim i submitted to have my window repaired. Even though i was promised a follow up from eddie i still haven't received one update on it. Ive called atleast 6x and not one have they been helpful or sincere. Very poor customer service. During my install they also left holes in my stucco outside. You can find quality elsewhere. Im not one to typically leave a bad review as a small business owner i know the value of a good review and the impact it has on a business when a bad review is listed. It would have been nice just once to have a follow up.

I recently got my single pane windows replaced with dual pane low E windows from Lomax. They seemed to know what they were doing and came in at what we thought was a reasonable price. They could have been a little neater at doing the caulking. Upfront they were polite and friendly. They got the job done in a day. Their follow up was pretty terrible. There was some thick crud they left on one of the windows and wouldn't come back to clean it off...instead they just told me to buy a chemical to clean it myself. They also left one of my exterior walls really dirty even though they said they would

I am one of the owners of Lomax Window and door Co. and have went through all of our records to find Scott Plum the person who left the previous review I have found no record of ever doing his job and would welcome a phone call or email from him for the chance to clear up this situation I have looked at his Google reviews that he has written and 11 of his 15 reviews are 1 star negative ratings. Again in reviewing our records I have found no customer of ours with that name if that was a job we did I would hope a dissatisfied customer would give us the chance to make it right, we pride ourselves
