We have been using Hines for several years and have recently changed. Seems with the new pharmacists that have been hired , they are losing their home town charm. They do not seem to be customer oriented anymore( with exception to the girls that have worked their for years.) Sad, I miss the southern courtesy.

Went into store trying to find a certain medicine that my doctor that was trying to find in capsule form or another drug that would work the same in capsule form the ladie went and ask the pharmacists if it was available and came back and said it was discontinued then I ask her if there was any other form it came in or something else that might work and all the pharmacist said it was discontinued and didn't even seem to care to look any further could see he sitting at his computer I thought home town pharmacy would be more concerned with customer service

My new doctor recommended we give the local pharmacy a try. We recently moved to Barnesville and had our rx transferred to the only chain here. We yook my new rx to Hines and were treated by everyone in there with such friendliness. It was awesome. The service was excellent. You will not beat their prices anywhere. We will not go anywhere else ever again. We love this small town and the people.
