A few months ago I asked for recommendations for a new garage door. I got the names of3 really good contractors recommendations who all gave me quick quotes, itemized and were very professional! We decided to use The Jaydor Company out of Norristown. They were the best priced, Jim, my salesman, actually lives across the street from me, and the installation was 5 hours. Great job and THANK YOU!!!!

We had Jaydor come to our house for a quote and we’re very impressed w/ Jack Ruggiero and the presentation of the products they had to offer.
Jack said the quote was good for one year and was not an irritating , pushy salesman just looking for his commission.
We finally decided to get the doors, Jack said it would take 6-8 weeks and we got the call after 5 weeks. They set up the install @ my convenience and had them installed today.
My wife is so happy and the doors look beautiful. The install was done professionally and totally spotless after he left.

HORRIBLE experience overall. My husband had a great experience with Robert, the sales guy. From there, it went downhill. We had an appointment set for our job to be completed - new garage door openers, keypads, gaskets etc. we waited a couple of weeks for the day of the appointment which was perfectly fine but the day of, they sent out a subcontractor who didn’t have most of what was needed for the job in parts and who only had an 8ft ladder for our 10ft garage doors. We were under the impression that our appointment was for the job to be completed. There was NO communication that most of the

I thought the experience with Jaydor was excellent overall. I've had several home improvements to my home over the years and usually I can find something to be unhappy about. I have nothing bad at all to say about Jaydor. I was looking for 3 new garage doors and openers. My doors were 20 years old, and had been beat up hard by the kids, bad enough that they would make an awful screetching sound when opened or closed. Since I had had a good experience previously on a repair on one of these doors with Jaydor, I though I would try them out for new doors. The fellow came out to show us the options
