Our truck had smoke damage from the canyon fire. After treating it with ozone the first time he recommended us to bring it back for a second round. You wouldn’t even know it had smoke damage. I will be bringing all my cars to them for detailing in the future.

My experience with Willamette Auto Detail was far beyond the "normal" auto detail. My vehicle's interior had been saturated with rainwater - not damp, saturated! Mold was a concern, in addition to the initial drying. I was assured, on delivery, that the vehicle would be restored to my satisfaction. In the process, (embarrassingly and repulsively) a rodent infestation was uncovered. I was apprised, shown photos of the interiors underlying damage, and the detail process continued.
