AWFUL. Bought all appliances for a new home from them - DIshwasher, Gas Cook Top, Refrigerator, Ice Machine, Oven, microwave & Wine cooler.
After several different lies, no idea when/if oven and micro will arrive. Damaged Frig on delivery then tried to hide damage and left without acknowledging damage. Sent in boxed floor model wine frig. Couldn't fix it or replace it. No concept of customer service or honesty.

Made an appointment 2ish weeks ago for today may 5th. I was called yesterday to confirm between 3and 5pm.. 5pm rolls around no one has shown up no phone call.. so I call the store and the best I get is. must still be on another job they will show up at some point.. ummm I don't have all day to waste but thanks for making me feel like my time doesn't mean jack to you... so I will not be using these people again. They make you feel worthless and like you as a customer don't matter.

Purchased a Bosch washer and dryer set 1/15/18. After approximately 8 months the dryer would not complete dry cycle. The technician has attempted to fix this dryer and has been unable to repair. So in November 2019, dryer to be replaced. This is March 2020. No replacement. We have heard all sorts of excuses, backorder, damaged and returned, on its way, sitting at a dock, will be in Friday, did not come in, etc..... I have been in Communication with the Bosch company and working on this. Think twice before you buy from Whites Appliances or Bosch. I will never buy here again.

We stopped at White's Appliance Store today to purchase a replacement for our broken disposal. I can't say enough positive about our experience. They were in the middle of updating their store, but everyone was helpful and courteous. We selected our disposal, and asked a few questions about refrigerators. We told them we don't even plan to buy a new refrigerator right away, but their staff took their time showing the selections to us when we told them we'd be buying one "one day."
Their installers, Jeremy and Freddy, showed up this afternoon to install our new disposal

Nothing can beat good, old fashioned home town sales and service ! Forget the impersonal big box retailers and explore White's. They carry top-level appliances for any application. Their service department is first rate as well. David White repaired our appliance recently. He was friendly, knowledgeable and arrived on time, unlike so many other "service" persons who don't show up at all. Additionally, his fee was very reasonable. Give White's the opportunity to serve you; I doubt you will be disappointed.

The true test, of how good a company performs, is during hard times. Whites Appliance has failed miserably in our six year experience with them.
Sure the recent Coronavirus has caused lots of problems for everyone, but good communication should always prevail. NOT AT WHITES APPLIANCES. After waiting two weeks for service, I called them on the morning (of their scheduled repair) to find out what time we could expect the repair person. To my surprise, the route supervisor, "messed up" and they weren't coming! Would she had called to tell us that, had I not called them? I doubt it

Service!!!!! One can buy an appliance just about anywhere these days. Mr White knows what it means to be a "customer based" retailer. I called asking about a stove color for an appliance he didn't even know I would buy. He said to call back in a few minutes and he would see if one of his former customers would mind if I stopped over to take a look at their stove; the color happened to be the one I was looking for. Not only did he get a yes from them, THEY couldn't say enough about the White Appliance experience. They were so pleased with the price, the process, and the appliance. To me, that says

Purchased a Speed Queen set from White's. The salesman, Ken Rodgers was one of the most professional people I've ever delt with. He was very nice and told us everything we needed to know. He simply was the most well spoken man I've ever bought an anything from. I thought it was super nice when he called the house to ask us if we had any problems and if it was set up like we wanted. I love the Speed Queens and would tell anyone that White's is the place to go and Mr. Rodgers is the man to see. We were treated great!

After a shaky start with the person who answered the phone (and who didn't seem to understand what customer service was), I requested to speak with Mr. White. Within just minutes he identified my frustration with my situation and proceeded to bend over backwards to make my situation better.
Thank you White's Appliances for once again confirming the reason I go way out of my zip code to shop with you. And with your customer service as an example, I will continue to do so.
