I am not sure how this company can claim they are reputable. Whoever reads this be very careful, they are just the opposite. I will say in 2019 the workers of Syracuse Fence installed a great fence; those workers were fantastic however their office and sales people are not. I signed a contract on July 20, 2021 to have a gate installed, the sales person told me they would probably install it in October, November or December 21. I have tried calling them and no one answers. This company has several Better Bureau cases all with the same scenario. They asked for a 50% deposit, and I reluctantly complied

Very upset with this company. My neighbor and I had a property line fence replaced and she had the rest of her fencing replaced in her yard and it came out so well that I asked if they had any more time in their work season to replace the remainder of our fence to look like our neighbors. At that point they were great, said absolutely and came back a few weeks later to replace the rest of our fencing. After a few weeks of that fence being installed, my husband and I noticed the boards were bowing out from the bottom, causing them to crack and split and the board that the gate latch was attached

Syracuse Fence did an excellent job being flexible to our needs... I made a miscommunication on our fence layout and needed to make a correction next day... and they were patient and took care of business for us. Top of fence line nice and straight too for a good price.

I love the job that Syracuse Fence did for us. They really did a wonderful job on my backyard. The reason why I can only give three stars is the poor communication between the office and the labor/sales people. I was given a price by Rene in the office. And I was quite upset when I heard Rene misquoted me by $1800! Plus, she acted like it was my fault. I talked to her several times on the phone and suddenly she didn’t remember me. A simple, I’m sorry, I made a mistake would have made a world of difference. I was prepared to just go with the price she gave me, but the fact is they did a great

John Graves and his crew at Syracuse Fence did a fantastic job on our new fence. The property looks a hundred times better than it did. The job was performed quickly and efficiently and at a price that was affordable. If you're looking for a new fence in Central New York this is the company to use hands-down.
