Fall Farm Country Inn

We had the most wonderful family vacation here! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was so cozy. My family of seven stayed in the cottage and had plenty of room (we could have comfortably fit 3 more people). We played board and card games, did puzzles, and ran around outside in the huge yard. We opted for the charcuterie board and s’mores packages, so we had a lot to nibble on when we arrived and then cuddled up with a fire and s’mores. Fall Farms Inn did not disappoint. I was looking for a place to disconnect and get a way from the rat race and I found it here. I spent two peaceful days out in the country, some small town shopping, lots of time to read and a little time at the pool. Ms. Carol has a beautiful home, the décor and atmosphere is true "country home" feel and the place was immaculately clean. She has a very nice place to visit, whatever your reason may be. I will for sure return in the future.

Always an excellent stay at Fall Farm! We have been there 4 times and will continue to go back. Carol is a superb hostess, and the house is amazing! Her breakfasts are not only delicious but a work of art. This inn ranks up at the top of all the B & B's we have stayed in both here in US and abroad. Truly a blessing to have the opportunity to stay at Fall Farm for two nights during the madness of COVID-19. After going stir-crazy in my house for 35+ days, it was a treat to escape to the countryside. Carol is an amazing host, and a master of hospitality, between fresh coffee in the morning, breakfast served by the room, and clean facilities. She even had cleaning supplies out in case we felt we needed to sanitize or generally sooth the neurosis of germs brought on by the constant news of the virus. Carol Fall and her beautiful Fall Farm are East Texas treasures. We took our family this weekend for a little getaway and stayed in the lovely Golden Suite. The property is spacious and secluded.
We spent the afternoons lounging on porch swings and hammocks followed by hours of fun in the pool. Carol made sure we had everything we needed from floaties to beach towels to frozen treats to help us cool off. For dinner we opted to have pizza delivered so that we didn’t even have to get back in real clothes. (Next time we want to try one of the many awesome Mineola restaurants.)

Warm, Wonderful, and Welcoming! For our "girls' trip," the four of us stayed in the cottage, which was comfortable, well-appointed, and delightfully decorated--little treasures everywhere you looked. The B&B exceeded our expectations. Our beds were comfortable and the breakfast was superb. Carol was a gracious hostess who was ready to meet our every need. Thank you Carol for the incredible hospitality and all you did to make our visit wonderful.

My mother and I stayed at Fall Farms about 10-12 years ago and loved our special visit. We especially loved the eclectic farmhouse style and cozy light of the lamps used throughout the colorful house and rooms. Years went by and Ms. Carol shut down her beautiful inn and I expected to never have the opportunity to visit again. But then she reopened this year, and her home and retreat is even better than before! Her attention to decor and details is impeccable and her special breakfasts are worth the money all by themselves! (I have often wished she would open a restaurant!)

Fall Farm is such a lovely retreat. After 37 days at our house in Dallas due to the Stay-At-Home orders for Covid-19, my partner and I were dying for new scenery. We have been to Fall Farm several times before and the owner, Carol, assured us that they were adhering to strict social distancing measures. We were the only people staying in the main house and did not see anyone else during our stay. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, I was blown away by this place. The landscape is the perfect country setting. She had the inn decorated outside and inside for Christmas. It felt like I was on a movie set-it was more fancy than any place I’ve ever seen or stayed in. You can tell she puts thought into every detail and takes pride in her work. I can’t say enough about our wonderful stay at Fall Farm. I loved the beautiful decor and everything was just so perfect and comfortable. Carol, our delightful host, was simply the best. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy.
