Fascia plays an important role in the support and function of our bodies, since it surrounds and attaches to all structures within our bodies. When one experiences physical trauma, scarring, or inflammation, the body looses pliability.
Trauma, such as a fall, car accident, surgery or habitual poor posture and repetitive stress injuries have cumulative effects on the body, resulting in symptoms producing pain, discomfort and restricted range of motion.Myofascial Mobilization is performed directly on the skin without oils or creams.

I feel Colleen has a vast array of wisdom and knowledge on the body as a whole and how everything is intertwined so to say. I was thoroughly impressed at her hands ability to literally, intuitively, know what my body could handle and how she could adjust accordingly.. She explained to me as she was massaging me different techniques she could apply like cupping etc and I basically just let her work her magic. It was so relieving on my muscle stiffness/pain, i dozed off here and there comfortably. I went in feeling stiff and tight, and left feeling a great deal more of unrestricted mobility/movement

Colleen is wonderfully attentive, and really takes the time to get to know you and what is going to help you feel the best you possibly can. She's flexible with her scheduling, as well as modifying her massage techniques to best suit what you need. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to start massage therapy.

Fantastic Experience! Colleen gave me one of the best massages of my life! She was very professional, the atmosphere was very relaxing and extremely comfortable. I especially loved the hot stones. I was a little nervous to try the cupping but it was completely painless and actually felt really good. I felt great for several days afterwards. Thank you Colleen!
