This business is not only an absolute disgrace to the community, it is accompanied with being owned by some unquestionably foul, crooked and corrupt individuals that run nothing short of a racket between themselves and the Ionia county sheriffs department and the Michigan State Police in the outright theft of individuals property for presumably their own personal gain. This establishment should be not only shut down but held accountable for their unacceptable and unlawful activities and be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Rude. I suggest finding another tow place. I called and asked for a tow, was told my destination is out of service area (was 50 miles away) but they would call a tow place from the area i wanted to go.. then hung up without asking for my number even. My suggestion, avoid this place if at all possible. There are many other options out there that actually want your business.

Barry was super helpful!! He made the rescue go from despair to trusted faith. He may not realize how much his service attitude changed the emotions that were involved in this situation. I would recommend him to anyone needing this service in this area. We are happy campers now because of him. Hats off to his mother for teaching him the golden rule!!
