I was hesitant...spending a few thousand dollars on an anniversary present of a custom ring, without seeing it, without feeling it, without being able to return it, was NOT something I would normally do. But the price was right, the agent was crazy responsive and I took the plunge. They canceled an order I made and told me that coupon was not valid. They quoted me a cost and said that's as low as the price is offered on those earrings. I told her she was wrong. She argued with me and insisted I was incorrect. I told her again and called her out on lying. The truth is she was basically offering a 15% discount code. I ordered my fourth ring trough them because I loved the others I have. I do feel like their quality has gone down the last couple of years. The last ring I got was a basic simple ring; not a special order or anything like that. When it arrived it was clear the stone was set obnoxiously high. It looked ridiculous. Please know that before you nake a purchase with this company, this is the NUMBER ONE worst company I have ever dealt with in my LIFE! Shame on me for even ordering anything through them. They say that all of their orders are special orders even though it literally took two days to send it to me after I bought it? Just as the other reviews said, the customer service is horrible. First of all I bought the 1 Karat princess cut in the cathedral setting. It looked beautiful ! I had it for a couple of years and the stone recently fell out. I did find it and returned it to be repaired. I checked with them a few minutes ago and yes they have received my ring, and the repair will be $295.00! Plus an extra $15.00 for shipping! The ring was only $450.00 to begin with! I think it should have lasted longer than a couple of years, here it is Christmas and year end taxes due, I don't have the extra money

My fiancé at the time (now husband) had spent over $1300 for an engagement ring, and unbeknownst to us, it was no return/no exchange WHATSOEVER. The setting was too high for my hand and even though they have other settings and they are the manufacturer, they refused to accommodate. Their products are quality products, but they are a horrible company. Also, they show the Royal Asscher shape on their website, but they only sell Vintage Asscher shape, so they are also LIARS, and even though they were fraudulent about this, they STILL would not accept a return. I can see it's been a couple of years since the last review. Not sure if the company has made a lot of changes or what. My experience has been delightful. I ordered a custom tennis bracelet to replace one I had lost that had real diamonds. The ordering process was easy. It didn't take long, maybe 3 weeks. The bracelet is absolutely gorgeous, I was very happy with the appearance. However, there were some rough edges and areas that needed some buffing. I've been window shopping on Ziamond's website for a few years and finally decided to order myself a pair of stud earrings in yellow gold. The website was easy to order from, and my order arrived very fast. I even got free shipping! They look amazing and I've been wearing them almost every day since I got them a few weeks ago. WORST INTERNET JEWELER EVER!! My husband bought my engagement set here in August of 2009. Since this purchase, I have had this ring serviced at Ziamond 2 times. The first time was in 12/2010, then the ring chipped AGAIN in 3/2011. I currently shipped the ring back in 12/2011 and am waiting to see how much it will cost this time.
