No one wants to have to contact a medical malpractice attorney, but I am very very glad a family friend pushed me to contact Lubin & Meyer regarding the passing of my mom. This friend advised me right out of the gate that the firm was very specific about the cases they may take, but to reach out to at least inquire because "they are the best." Lubin & Meyer did take the case, and over many years [seriously, they say it's a long process, and that is accurate], I had a great deal of contact with Adam Satin and many of the kind, thorough, and wholly-professional staff. I had a very unpleasant phone conversation with Eric, one of their Associate Attorneys. He was very arrogant, ignorant of current laws as related to medical malpractice, and extremely condescending. He also didn't listen, cut me off several times, and had a hard time even pronouncing medication names. After a few minutes, it was quite obvious to me that he was not educated on the subject, and tried to bully me out of even considering taking legal action. There's no way I would ever recommend this lawfirm to anyone!

I taught law for 15 years.
I've been a magnet for health issues since I was a child athlete, through becoming a national athlete... and a life that involved being hit by a truck doing 60 mph (I was on a bike), which I walked (slowly) away from, with six crushed vertebrae.
I've taken biology, and Anatomy and Phys., and my brother is a surgeon.
This firm wants everything handed to them on a silver platter.
BUT - if YOU could do that already... then why do you need them?
They are NOT WILLING to even cover having a doctor verify your injuries.

Once they find out your case is no good to them, they discard you like trash . Before building rapport, they would “kiss-ass” and do their part until they discover that your case is useless they no longer play the part in assisting you with routine check up or follow up on the case, once’s it cold your not a priority anymore your just like a ticket number they will get to as the murmur under their breathe of why they don’t get compensated . They lack compassion beyond imagine.

They took the case. Mr. Thompson was my lawyer. He and his staff were great. They were very understanding and thorough. I felt comfortable with them.
It took a few years to settle, as is the nature of my case plus COVID delayed things as well. Bill and his staff worked really hard. It is finally over and Bill went above and beyond what I thought.
This is the only review I have ever written.
I would highly recommend them.

Lubin and Meyer exceeded my expectations after they were contacted to represent my wife. She passed away before a settlement could be reached. My taking over as a client was facilitated greatly by the firm and despite the arrival of COVID-19 that disrupted the case immensely, everyone at L&M performed wonderfully and I am happy to say my wife was vindicated when Krysia and John won the case. My case started in 2018 after my father had passed away due to malpractice, although the times were very hard my experience with Luben and Meyer from day one till the day it ended was great. Started off with the help of Mariah who went above and beyond my expectations. and Rob who also helped me understand everything I asked answered all my questions with no run around and Rob’s assistant Kelly who also answered all my questions and helped me greatly with anything I needed. The case is still pending but the lawyer has done a better job of keeping us updated on new discourses, albeit we are the ones who mostly contact him. Nonetheless, I have a new respect of how tedious and time consuming a malpractice case...and mentally exhausting. Even though the case is still pending, I feel more assured that my lawyer has been doing the best to his capabilities.

This law firm will take your case. They are the most despicable lawyers I have ever come across. They kept my birth injury case for 5 years. Five years into a very viable malpractice birth injury case. The nurse charged in delivering my son basically admitted wrong doing in the deposition. On the eve of trial, once the other side wouldn't settle the lawsuit, Lubin & Meyer refused to take the case to trial unless I paid them $25,000. I didn't have $25,000. They told us birth injury cases are very hard to try and they basically didn't have the time nor desire when other

Don't waste your time with this lawfirm. They are only out to make a buck and don't care about the victims or their familes regarding Medical Negligence. Asked a representative as to why they would specifically not accept my case, the woman answered so fast and in legal terms that I could not understand her. I asked for something in writing and 2 months later, I am still waiting for something in writing as to why my legitimate case was not taken by this so called professional lawfirm. Plus the lawfirm has amateur nurses and medical experts who know absolutely nothing about cancer and
