Superior Frameless Showers has been family owned and operated for three generations by the Kuenzle family. Our company's history starts in Union City, New Jersey when Florian Kuenzle decided to open his first shop called Florian Glass. In the 1930's Florian worked as a welder building Navy ships in New Jersey.
To help provide for his family he also did simple glass repairs on the side. By the 1940's Florian perfected his craft of glass repair and decided to open his first glass shop (Florian Glass). Florian Glass grew quickly, so much so that he needed additional help so he asked his oldest son Robert to join the family business.

The glass we install is clear and tempered; we typically utilize 3/8" thick glass, but when necessary or requested, we can utilize 1/2" thick glass.

I have a tub with an extended tiled shelf area that needed a custom size shower sliding door and this company did a perfect job. The installation looks beautiful. They had to cut the tile to slip the glass in between so it would be seamless and it looks better than I thought it would! Highly recommend!!!!! Their price was better than another company I had out to quote the exact same thing so their prices are good as well!
