My name is Jeremy Rusher, I was born and raised in Le Roy, IL (20 minutes east of Bloomington/Normal (Illinois State University)), 35 minutes west of Champaign/Urbana (University of Illinois)). I have served the communities of Central Illinois, with quality home inspections and reports, since 2012.

Worked with Jeremy Rusher of RedLine for an out of state multi-family investment property that I was purchasing in Bloomington IL. Jeremy inspected our new home and found many things that needed attention. He spent the time with us after the inspection to walk through the home and go over everything he found from the minor details to the major ones. We then got an extremely detailed report that had all his findings with photos as well. It was also clearly indicated on his report if it was a major or minor issue. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with his professionalism and attention to detail.

Jeremy has completed home inspections for us now three times prior to purchasing a home and he always does a great job. He replies quickly and has always been flexible if needed quickly. He is very detailed and the home inspection reports are easy to understand. I always feel confident after he has been at the home that I’m aware of anything that needs to be looked at further and there aren’t any surprises.
