I cannot recommend Eleven Sixteen highly enough for your wedding day! They are extremely accommodating to changes in your party size and will make sure you are out of their salon on time. Heather is incredibly talented and did my bridal hair and makeup - she listened to my feedback and gave me exactly what I wanted! The rest of the team did a fantastic job as well!

I've been in El Paso just over a year and a half and I still hadn't found *my* stylist. I even explored Dallas for a couple of cuts! Since covid hit, it had been about 9 months since I had gotten my hair cut. I stumbled upon Christina Hernandez at Eleven Sixteen and ohmygoodness. I found my stylist! The appointment took about an hour and a half and I added a conditioning treatment. Not only did Christina take the time to ask me about my daily hair routine, she discussed hair options with me to figure out my ideal cut. The best I've found in ELP. Plus, the salon is open during covid

I asked for purple hair and got pink hair with a gross orange under tone on the bottom half of my hair then she said, “If you want to put more purple in it you can schedule another appointment”. If you know you can’t get the color right you should have just told me so I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money.

I only go here because I've had my hair butchered by so many people who claim to be able to cut curly hair. And the hair stylists in this area don't usually seem to care what you're asking for or it's hard to communicate because I don't speak Spanish.
I've had them do a color change from purple to blue and a trim.
Another time I decided to chop off most of my hair because I had dyed it myself five times the year before. During that chop I also had a deep condition and gloss done and my hair loooooved it.

Back story-> It’s probably been at least three years since I’ve had a hair cut and style I really loved. I’ve been to all the typical big name salons and finally went for a local place. I was basically a walk in at Eleven Sixteen, was greeted immediately and treated so professionally and kindly by all the stylists there. This is by far the best kept secret in El Paso! Salon located in an industrial area, which matches the industrial vibe when you walk in. All of the staff are very nice and welcoming! The product's they use are phenomenal which makes awesome results! I went in and wanted some high lights with Chris, she delivered and she was amazing! She beautified me! 😊 Heather was also amazing and offered a glass of wine! 🍷 I gladly accepted. This salon takes pride in their work and it shows! I will definitely recommend and come back for more!

Jessica was my stylist and she performed above and beyond!! LITERALLY.
i went in with an atrocious mess (matted/tangled hair) to the point were i considered just getting a buzz cut. My hair was saved and i couldn’t be more grateful that she persevered through all that work, the bayalage & haircut came out beautiful. i feel really lucky to have come across this salon it’s definitely a hidden gem in El Paso

This place is absolutely beautiful, within a building that is 100 years old! I came as a guest of someone getting a haircut but everyone is so welcoming and sweet. They have full service and also have an amazing bridal room for that special occasion. The windows are huge so they have great lighting. I can't wait for when I need to cut and color my hair. This is the place to go!
