Worse experience ever asked for my finger for the rim I took off my car made me feel really uncomfortable plus the lady was extremely rude behind the glass door you can’t see anything and they get all your personal information I literally feel like I just sold my entire soul for $28.00 I will not be returning here again!!!! Front desk needs to be trained with better customer service and explanation of the process prior to just asking for personal information would have been much more appropriate and then when questioned she said it’s bc I’m new nexxxxtttt I felt extremely embarrassed and

After verify the price over the phone was $3.05 per copper wire a pound. I went to the location. The attenden who helped with the weight of the copper wire informed me the price was below $3 but since I called and the office confirm at $3.05 they honored the quote. They are friendly and it was quick and easy.

Great company to work with. Jose the office manager makes things run smooth. Friendly, fast service provided by knowledgeable people at a fair price. From the first moment they answered my call it was perfect customer service. Dumpster delivery and pick up was right on time. The men were kind and courteous, very respectful and extremely helpful.
