We signed a contract to outsource billing with them. They changed our clearinghouse and never told us that we would stop getting electronic remittances. When we called they would not call us back. When we complained they decided last minute that they could not take over our billing.
The company was started by two men and one of them who is a silent partner has a son who has started a competing company and is listing references that are actually of this company. Even the owners have messed up interests.
The office manager gets defensive easily, cannot smile, is not able to take constructive feedback

I hired assurance health to do my credentialing with the understanding that after the credentialing process was done they would then handle my billing. In the beginning they were wonderful and very helpful then out of the blue quit returning my emails and phone calls. After multiple weeks I did finally get an email from Mr. Maclaren stating that they were busy with clients more important than me. If you value customer service do not use this company, they are very unprofessional.
