Parks Tailoring

A friend who had worked in men's retail for decades sent me to Parks' a few years back when I had an important event and needed to look my best. I had to have a suit in two days, and I had to look great. Mr. Park was an "artist with scissors, needle, and thread," I was told. I'm so glad I made the 1-hour drive to Parks; it was worth every mile.
Mr. Park helped me select a modern Italian blue suit and tailored it to my fit. We picked out a shirt, tie, socks and a belt. He tailored the shirt too. Everything was ready fast, fit me perfectly, and ever since this ensemble has been my go-to power suit

I went to Parks Tayloring for a men's suit. Mr. Park knew exactly what I wanted and showed me a variety of high quality suits. After trying on several I made my selection and am very pleased with the one I choose. It fits me very well and is exactly the color and weight I was after. Parks is the place to go if you are interested in looking your absolute best. Whether it is something that I have purchased at another store, or if it is something that I have purchased from them directly, they will make it look like it is truly yours. Mr. and Mrs. Park are friendly, and extremely knowledgable, and I trust them with even my most expensive bespoke garments. One day I hope to have Mr. Park make me a fully bespoke suit.

Mr. Park is a very skilled tailor. I recently had a pair of flannel slacks tailored by Mr. Park. The fit was perfect. Pants appear as if they were custom made. Nice job Mr. Park.

I have been buying clothing from Mr Parks for years. I have custom suits that he made that i find better than some of the finest suit makers in the world. He always has a few obscure brands which makes it fun to visit. Prices on some stuff is best there is! He is arguably the best tailor in Michigan! Enjoy.

I brought in a few items for alterations. When I arrived no one was in the shop. I waited and waited and looked everywhere for someone. I called their number several times and stood there as it rang and rang and rang. At first I thought maybe whoever worked there was dead or had been kidnapped. I looked in their backroom and bathroom and no one was there. Finally after 15 minutes of searching and almost calling the police the owner finally walked in. So I decided to stay and show him what I needed done. Very simple alterations. One was a skirt that I wanted him to adjust the waist band and two

Mr. Park altered an off-the-rack overcoat for me to ideal specifications, tapering the body, raising the collar and lengthening the sleeves (having to sew in additional material to do so as the sleeves of the overcoat did not leave any allowance for lengthening off the rack). All this took him just five days to complete - less, it's my impression, if I had requested it sooner. Prices were absolutely reasonable, esp. considering the skills applied to the work.
