Best nail spa around. I go here religiously every 2-3 weeks for a dip manicure & pedicure every 4-6 weeks. I’ve been with multiple nail techs here & none of them have EVER cut me. A dip manicure at other places I’ve been takes about an hour, it usually takes an hour and a half here because all of the techs are such perfectionists. I’ve never left with a crooked nail or nails that are different shapes or lengths. Seriously can’t say enough good things about this nail spa. Anytime I see a bad review I assume they mean to review “Q nail and spa” not this place, “Q Nail Spa”.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. I went and got a gel pedicure. The lady had my toe nails all different lengths and shapes. I asked her over and over to fix the shape but she pretended she didnt understand. I told the owner I was not statisfied with the work and they still charged me $86 for a pedicure. NEVER AGAIN. My toes look horrible.

I came in for a pedicure and it was a great experience. They took my temperature immediately for COVID and I had to sign a form to ensure I haven't had symptoms over the last 14 days. I saw the workers cleaning and they all have a "barbicide" certification which has something to do with cleaning for covid and professional beauty salons. Anna was very thorough and a great technician. I even messed up my polish and I came back to get it fixed: they did an additional coat on all my toes and fixed the nail I messed up. This was my first time coming here and it for sure won't be

I’ve visited them on 6/13/20 and On that morning I tried going to another nail salon but they were closed...my boyfriend insisted that I call them for an appointment and so I did. They were able to pencil me in for a 10:30 am appointment and I got there a little early and they still accepted me right away. I noticed that if you do a walk in you’ll be waiting a bit because they have to handle the people that requested appointments first. so, if you’re visiting them please please schedule an appointment. I’m 100% satisfied with the customer service and the cleanliness of the shop.

Oh noo, first I walked in there was two people doing there nails like normal and I was waiting for them to do my nails and when the guy was doing it he was rush not even care didn't even like trim my nails or like you know the usual and and the lady said that it would be only 35 $ for gel kept forcing me for gel and then I went to pay it was 35$ likee I didn't get gel nothing and they paint so ugly like a three year old did it , I'm never comin here agian , NEVER

I wanted to get my nails done after work and I came across this place. I walked in and immediately got taken bacK for a pedicure. I love the dim lighting in thay area. The lady doing my nails was so gentle and gave an incredible massage ( I wear heels practically every day).
Moving on to the manicure, I had glitter gel polish on from before and they removed all of the glitter (most places paint over it). She took her time to file my natural nails so they're all even and shaped. There was no polish on my skin. And the massage .. oh my goodness. PERFECTION. Now to see if the polish lasts

Finally! A local nail salon that knows about the SNS top coat!
After my primary nail salon, Paris Nail and day spa changed owners, I wanted to try another place. Nothing really wrong there but the quality has seemed to change which is expected with new ownership.
I stumbled across Q nails that was closer to me and also had better reviews. This quaint nail shop is tucked in a shopping center and is very close to my home. I read some reviews and decided to give this one a try.

Stopped her after work one afternoon & so glad I did. They sat me right away for a mani/pedi. I was convinced to try the SNS dip for my nails instead of gel polish. The gentleman who did my pedicure was AMAZING. He spent a lot of time massaging my feet and legs, it was great. He also did my SNS and did a great job! I love how they came out. I will be back when I'm in town.

The rating is mainly for the customer service. I don't remember why I stopped going here.. mostly likely because a friend introduced me to another place. I finally came back here and they remembered me after so long. They were nice and patient and listened to everything I said regarding my nails. I'm super picky and never once felt like a pain. Had an appointment here for two weeks for my friends bridal shower. When we get there they didn't have enough people scheduled for all of us to get pedicures. So I had to miss out on that because we were running out of time. Then when the bride asked her nail guy to change the color because after seeing a finger or two she didn't think it would match her dress, he rolled his eyes at her. At the end, we wanted to pay everything with card and then they proceed to tell us we cannot give a tip with a card. Wish that was advertised somewhere more because I always tip on my card but luckily

I stopped in for a repair of three of my nails. I have the dip powder over my natural nails I wanted to save them, if possible. The gentleman did an EXCELLENT job and in a short period of time. He was extra careful since where they were broken caused me great pain. I bet you can't tell which ones were repaired.
P.S. This was my first time to this salon and they matched the exact color as well as the shape of my nails.

I LOVE this salon!!! I've been returning for a few months after a year of going to various places trying to find the perfect fit between awesome customer service and awesome nails. They aren't fake nice they are genuinely kind. I've been to salons with great customer service but not quality work or vice versa. I am very comfortable here and a few times fell asleep while getting my feet done.

I used to go here faithfully. A friend showed me them. They do great nails BUT one time I made an appointment, to show a new friend this salon. We came in before work. They had no idea I had an appointment and were SWAMPED with people. I told her that someone answered my call and set the appointment....She told me there is nothing she can do, I can come back in an hour. Never went back. How can you treat a loyal customer that way? So embarrassing and a waste of money. Do not recommend.

I definitely recommend this nail place! I have been going here for a few years and I am never disappointed. The owners are very sweet and do a great job! I usually get a pedicure and gel nails every 2 to 3 weeks. Honestly, I have tried pretty much every single color they have lol. The pricing is also very reasonable.
