In 2010 we had our old slate roof torn off and replaced with cedar shake. 11 years later the roof is as good as it was the day it was built. The process was one of the easiest construction jobs I have done. It was done on time and clean. Another contractor who did the same job for friend left the whole attic a mess of dirt and debris. Our attic never showed any signs work was done above.

Asch roofing installed my roof 6 years ago, this week I noticed a “bubble”. I called them Friday and they came right out and inspected what I was taking about. Thank goodness was it was only a nail, that didn’t attach to wood, because I have tongue and groove wood. Simple fix and covered 💯 under warranty. Thank you. So honest and trustworthy. I will always continue to recommend you.

After being discouraged by several astronomical estimates from "big" companies, we were amazed at John's honest pricing and 20 year "no leak" workmanship guarantee. John and his office staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. The day of the job was simply amazing! From tear down of 2-layers , through the install of the new roof and chimney flashing right up to the "cleaner" who came by after all workers left to do a thorough final clean up and check for nail on the entire property I couldn't of been happier. John must of called me four times during the job to personally check in and his son came

Straight and to the point without the fluff roof contracting. John Asch Contracting did a great job on my home. He also took the extra time to explain things I know nothing about. Any new knowledge he provided I was able to go and verify for myself. His pricing was very reasonable for our townhouse. His guys came in, did the work, found some problems, fixed them without going over my budget. The business & craft work in roofing with John’s company was worth every penny. I’m very happy with it.
