Don’t appreciate snarky remarks, one of the employees told me you may be interested in buying so I left a voicemail for Bryan asking if he was interested. He called me back this morning to say, “no we are not buying, Ma’am were trying to sell our inventory too haha.” A simple no would’ve been fine, but he was quite rude about it.

As someone who needed to rent video and audio equipment to stream a local conference, but who is a neophyte in such things, I approached Cinequipt with a description of what I wanted to do. They were extremely friendly and helpful, giving me recommendations for equipment, but not pushing me to rent something I didn't really need. When I arrived, the equipment was ready, they were helpful in demonstrating its use, and I was out the door quickly.
Upon return of the equipment, I was missing a tripod plate, which I had left with other equipment. No problem--they just asked that I mail it back

By far the best rental house I've ever encountered in all my years! The people at Cinequipt were unbelievably helpful and went well beyond what I'd ever expect even good customer service to be! They honestly treated me better than rental houses in my home town that I've been using for years. When I asked questions about the performance of a couple new high end cameras that just hit the market, they answered with expert knowledge and then led me into the storage room where they allowed me to try them out for myself!
