I would love to give a higher review, but I’m currently suffering the consequences of using a Groupon to get a discount on tattoo removal at this facility. I had three sessions with Spade, the last of which has left me bruised for over two months. I was told they “turn up the intensity as the tattoo fades”, but this has resulted in possible permanent damage to my skin. Would not recommend. Depicted is the tattoo now, bruised and not healing, as well as the tattoo after my last session. This is not normal. I’ve had many tattoo removal sessions in the past and am well aware of proper aftercare

This place is a fraud. The manager stole my Groupon voucher from me and did not give me the service I paid for. Worse costumer service EVER. If you buy their services on Groupon then you must be very careful because they’ll most likely trick you too and not give you the service. I’m so disappointed at this place. I’ll never go back there again. I purchased a 6 sessions of Tatoo laser removal and my money was waisted. The manager only gave me one session then on the second session the used my vouch and then she told me to ask Groupon for a refund, knowing that once the voucher is used that

I can’t say enough nice things about Spade Skin Care. I’ve been coming here over a year now and have had multiple procedures done. ALL the staff are top-notch. The minute you enter the door someone is there to check your temperature and check you in promptly with a smiling face. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly here. The clinic is very clean, bright and cheerful too.
I love my RN, Dijana, who has been working with me on my large tattoo removal for some time now. She is always so kind, caring, empathetic, patient and thoughtful to me thru each procedure, as I do not tolerate pain well

The Spade crew is amazing. The nurses have all been thorough and kind. Harley is the BEST - she is so sweet! The office staff is responsive, friendly, and personable. The facility is cute and clean. I would definitely recommend Spade!

We paid for 3 sessions of tattoo removal on Groupon. I made an appointment for next Friday. I then received a text stating they want my credit card information. I asked why I would need to give my credit card to them for services that I already paid for. The lady was adamant about needing it in case I cancelled the “free” consultation. They would charge me $50.00 if I were to not show up.
What? That’s ridiculous! I already paid for their services. I informed her that I would meet them Friday and then happily give her my credit card. She refused and cancelled my appointment.

Experience at spade skin care has been amazing. Whole staff is very friendly and careful to make sure we are all safe during these troubling times. I got the Brazilian full laser hair removal & it was always in and out. Always provided with all information and all my questions asked. Highly recommend getting laser hair removal here. 10/10 recommend everyone to come here you won’t regret it.

Making an appointment was very easy, I sent an email and they confirmed via text. I called to get more details and spoke to Medi, the owner, and he walked me through everything, from the parking to the laser process. He was very comforting with a soothing voice and calm.
Once I arrived, I noticed the clear blue ocean right across the street. What a beautiful location this MedSpa is at! You do have to walk down some stairs and upon entering the building, it feels like an office. But once you enter the MedSpa, you are transported to a beautiful living room with all pretty things like a white fairy
