Now I no longer have these recurring issues with the garage door opener thanks to David the tech they sent. Immediately was able to figure out the problem and had the right parts to fix it that same visit. All in all, quite inexpensive for fast garage door repairs, so I’ll keep the number for sure in case other problems pop up in the future. Thank you!

I never want to have to start trying to figure out what’s wrong with the garage door, opener, springs or whathave you when they break down. Was fortunate enough to have a garage door repair service nearby to help me, which I’m highly appreciative of. Quick arrival and fast repairs too, so A+ on both counts.

Really helpful and deliver fast service. And on a Sunday no less! I wasn’t optimistic about my chances of getting the garage door spring replaced that same day, but sure enough, these guys did it. Came over at noon, maybe an hour tops after I called, and had the door working with the new spring in no time.

Wish I could have given them no stars! Incompetent people at this company. I called and explained that I had replaced and programmed the keypad but it still didn't work. I even had a neighbor who has done this many times check to make sure I had done it correctly. Garage Door Repair Sausalito scheduled an appointment and then called to say they were coming but that they only know how to program keypads which I know isn't the issue. Why would I pay to have someone come out and do exactly what we already tried? What a waste of time and energy. Do you use them if you need anything more than a keypad
