We specialize in correcting your body's misalignments. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet. Corrective exercises are the use of bodily movements and/or postures to restore desirable changes in diseased or injured tissues.

Dr Arvig and Zona are amazing. When I first started going I could barely walk or stand due to a military injury. I had to go 3 days a week for a bit and progressively less because I have been feeling so good. Dr Arvig has always listened to my concerns and adjusted accordingly. I've been with him now for 5 years (and 2 pregnancies). They've also been very open in communication with scheduling and billing. I always know where my account stands. I highly recommend Oneka Chiro for anyone who wants to take back control of your body and get to feeling better!!!!

Dr. Arvig's care has greatly improved my life. I arrived with several issues--one was a chronic issue I had very little hope of every solving--and he accurately diagnosed and prescribed treatment. After following the treatment plan, I have very little pain now. And I have learned what causes my pain and how to deal with it. The office environment is very accommodating and professional and welcoming.

Aaron is definitely helpful and has a great understanding of how he can help with each different circumstance. I have had the need to see him on a couple different cases and he has applied the correct course of action each time. My wife and kids have also used Aaron and have had great success. Zona is always accommodating and is great to work with kn your schedule.

I have had Vertigo for years. The last episode was bad. After a week of no relief. I took a friend’s advice and went to Dr. Arvig. I had not had good experiences with other chiropractors. I was very scared. He took X-rays (never done before). Explained what he saw and his plan to help me. The adjustment was so easy I had to laugh for I was sweating from fear.
My vertigo was better after first visit. Gone after third. No headaches and I move so much better. I can even ride bike again!!! I wish I would have gone sooner. Thank you Dr Arvig! You truly are my hero!
