I want to say that “I Love Pretty Things” Florist has impressed me today in a big way!! My Mother passed away and the funeral was today. In all the craziness and how tired we have been, we forgot all about ordering a floral spray for the top of her casket. We called them yesterday at 2:30pm and needed it by 5:00pm for the visitation. They didn’t bat an eye. We had called another shop and were quoted a price almost double what they quoted us for a small spray. When that “small spray” arrived at the funeral home we were above and beyond surprised as the spray was huge, filled with roses

I just stopped by here earlier completely last minute to pick up a birthday gift, and I found the most amazing arrangement and super sweet ladies that put it together for me. The arrangement they made for my husbands funeral and paid for by my brother was absolutely beautiful. But I ordered a dozen Rose's that were about $50. When they arrived at Autreys, they were wrapped in green paper with a rubber band and a sticky note with his name written on it. The florist was closed on Saturday, so they delivered them on Friday. By Saturday they were wilting to the point of petals falling off and they were drying up and curling. The little water viles were empty. Knowing that the funeral was on Saturday, they should have known to put them in either a vase or jar of water. I

Well I ordered a purple rose bouquet for my wife at about 9 o'clock on valentine's morning and we didn't receive it until almost 7:30 PM when we received the bouquet the Rose's was the wrong color they was pink also the driver that delivered it had a really rude guy in the car when they called to get directions to my house he is in the back ground saying tell him we won't be doing this next year I just figured it was really rude also I ordered the I love u balloon but received a happy valentine's day balloon I was totally disappointed with the place and want ever use them again

I really wanted to do something special for my mother on her 50th birthday. I had minor dealings with them in the past and those were favorable, so I asked them to whip up something for this big day. What they made floored me and, when it was delivered to my mother, she called me immediately to say how much she appreciated it. Too bad I couldn't take credit for the work, as it was absolutely beautiful, creative, and worthy of earning all of my future business. Thank you!
