Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. I can't say enough good things about the Ladd group. Bryan Hilts and Erin Martin are a remarkable team in selling both our properties here in Bend to enable us to get our dream home. Both home sales sold well over what was expected. While the market is ripe for sales in Bend, OR, I believe Erin and Bryan's strategies is what helped in getting us the most out of the sales. In regards to the home purchased, Bryan is excellent at navigating the purchase process making sure that your offer is competitive yet fair. He was very patient showing us MANY different houses as we sorted out downsizing or "re-sizing" from the home where we raised our family (not in Bend.) We cannot say enough good things about our realtor Steve Lacrosse. We connected online initially once we had decided to look for a home in Bend. Steve had no problems meeting us to look at homes when our schedules permitted. When we found a home, Steve helped with the entire purchase process which made things much easier since we were not in the area during most of it.
