First, they are not Orange Computer repair; they just occupy Orange’s former office space. Joyce and her team provided excellent service, realistic estimates, great communication and reasonable prices for a job well done to restore my 8 year old Dell PC. I’d fo go back with future issues.

They have helped us tremendously, always quick to respond to any question or issue. They have set up new hardware systems for us, work with our software company and keep us up and running problem-free. I can't say enough good things about them!

Dropped my computer off to test CPU and motherboard. Was later informed they did not have capable parts to test my system, still charged sixty five dollar "testing fee" and my computer was returned disassembled. smh

I had Abts install a new hard drive an battery on my Mac Book Pro. I was impressed with their prices, service, and professionalism. I would highly recommend them for computer service in the La Crosse area. My only complain is that they are only open from 9 - 3, which makes it hard for me to pickup and drop things off during the work day, hence a 4 stars rather than 5.

Not only has David come to my home office to help me with some computer issues, he was able to help me "cut the cable"! I'd been wanting to dump cable TV for some time, but didn't know how to do it. David came to my home, recommended what equipment I'd need for satellite and streaming, then came back and got everything up and running for me.
David is personable, smart and goes the extra mile. You won't regret contacting him for help with all your technical/computer gear.

David does great work and doesn't charge nearly enough for it! You can tell that he is passionate about not only the work he does, but also about helping people. He really adds a personal touch to the sometimes clinical or distant IT field, and isn't afraid to assist with even minor problems. He even makes house calls!

These guys were great! I was hoping to take my IPad in and leave it until they could fix my problems. They turned it on asked me a few questions, and said "there you go, all fixed!" Very happy customer!!

I was very satisfied with David's service. He was able to come to my house the day after I called to set up an appointment, and arrived at the scheduled time. Professional appearance and demeanor. It took him longer than he'd anticipated, but he stayed until he was able to resolve all our issues (hardware connections, internet access, wireless… set-up). In addition he took the time to answer other unrelated computer questions, and consulted other resources as needed. I'd call him again if I needed more help.
