Miserable experience trying to get a service scheduled- had to reschedule 3 separate times due to THEM having issues. Never once did they contact me to reschedule or let me know, just wasting my time every single day. Ended up having to go somewhere else because they literally couldn’t get the work done.

The worst company out there! AVOID at all cost!
1st off, we called to set an appointment for both my windshield and my husbands windshield. The lady on the phone needed to call me back to set an appointment. She never called back.. Fast forward to three weeks later. I get a call from this guy asking if we still wanted our windshields replace. I told him I need to talk to my husband 1st and I would call him back. They got the job done in a timely manner. The only issue that I have is they didn't do my passenger side mirror even though I stated it when I made the appointment. But, as of now windshield is great

Quick, easy and on a Sunday had my windshield replaced. Would Definately recommend getting windshield replaced here at Tavos. They also do side mirrors. I drive a Nissan Xterra charged me $170 for total replacement. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Fast was out in a half hour and best $$$ I called a few companies they beat all the quotes and they even come to you.

So when I first set up the appointment it was smooth and easy. The price was so good we even did my wife's windshield as well. They even drove from Denver to Loveland. A few days after my windshield was installed i drove it on the highway and could hear a wind rushing sound. Thinking this meant the window wasnt sealed probably I tried to schedule a follow up to fix the issue .. admittedly this process was a days long nightmare that took about 15 calls and several FB messages. Very rude!! very unprofessional!! I would never waist my money there. Instead of trying to help they hang up on you. They make appointments and then can't find your apointment.

Went to get a front windshield replacement on 6/2/2021 and they scratched the hood of my truck. Went back an hour later after realizing the scratches to tell them about it. They told me to leave my number and email address so they could send me the video of the replacement. To this day I have not gotten a call back or even the video of the replacement. Very unprofessional of them to not even call back or anything. Clearly they’re not taking responsibility for the damages they caused.

Very bad experience . got a coute in the morning set a appointment then when i got to the shop price was different. tjey ask me to call the person who gave.me the quote and fix that with them they decide to put me on hold for 15 minutes and hung up on me. they call me back and was the person who gave me the quote and she admit she made a mistake… and said the supervisor ask her to cancel everyting then I bask for the supervisor she said it was busy and she continuo to hung up the call . make me waste time and gas going to the shop . found another place if anyone needs the phone number let

After my car was broken into I needed a window fast. I called Tavos auto glass and they had the window installed the same day. Very affordable and good quality work in under one hour. This is the second time I’ve used Tavos and will use them again in a second. The free Santiago’s burritos is a nice touch 👌

Just had my windshield replaced today and it was a great experience the lady at the front was super nice and helpful. The fellas in the back had me taken care of and out of there in 40 minutes.
Would highly recommend these folks.

Horrible sirvice today I got in my car and there was glass everywhere on my driver seat to the passenger seat, regardless I was upset the response I got from John the installer was un real guy says he's professional but yet can't finish a job! Yes my windshield was broke from the airbag on the passenger side there was not glass all over my car very unprofessional and I am not happy at all! He was already trying to cut corners saying my stock trim won't go back on and I refused I told him they where fine real professional man!

Friendly and quick turnaround! We were able to get an appointment the next day. They quoted me an hour when I arrived and they finished within that hour. We have rust issues and we really needed a new windshield. They were helpful and price was affordable. Thank you!!
