The owners and caregivers of Nexus are the most incredible, competent, caring, kind people. I live 2,000 miles away and dreaded leaving my mother in the care of "strangers". They all became trusted family in a matter of a visit or two. My Mom was overjoyed to see each and every member of the team and they, in turn, showed the same respect and love towards my Mom. All her wants, needs and desires were fulfilled. As Mom declined, her pride was even more important to her and they gave her the most valuable gift of dignity and humanity. As a professional caregiver I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and compassionate care provided by this company. We started using Nexus Care Resources about two years ago. The company and their caregivers have been wonderful. They truly do care and are always looking for opportunities to make circumstances better with my Father.
