Compound prescriptions are filled at our state-of-the-art compounding lab located inside the Chancy Drugs Valdosta store. VIP patients deserve VIP service. I use Chancy Coundpounding pharmacy for medication for pain management from Dr Bailey in Valdosta Ga.. I'm having tons of problems with my insurance company on paying for my new medication but the staff at Chancy's is more than helpful in every way possible from sitting on phone with insurance company to keeping cost affordable for me until we can work out the logistics of the insurance company... Chancy's cares more about helping me get and stay on this new treatment than getting rich off a costumer... They treat you like one of there family members than a number in their computer like box store

Changed to Chancy Drugs from Walgreens because the staff actually cares about their clients! ...and once I figured out the deficiencies in their system for pre-packaging scripts. (i.e. PrePacks are filled from another location which is not open on Saturdays and the other stores do not have access to that system to manually refill prescriptions.). Hogan's Pharmacy has been great!

Very poor service. Poor communication. A prescription was dropped off at 10:30 and not ready until after 2:30 and was unable to look up Medicaid in the system and was not informed of the prescription coming from moultrie. I suggest that if ite coming from moultrie that's fine but let someone know we got sick kids waiting on this stuff.

We are a veterinary hospital and we can always trust the fine folks at Chancy Drugs to help us with whatever our pet's need. We get wonderful service from the professional pharmacists there. Pet's have a different set of needs as far as compounding and flavors to make the medicines appealing. We always can count on Chancy.
