DJ did our home inspection when we were buying a home and he was excellent!! He left no rock unturned when it came to checking every detail of the home. He checks everything on the national and state level requirements, as well as his own personal standard of what a home should be. We were so impressed with his thoroughness. DJ was also very patient with our questions and educated us throughly on anything we wanted to know about the home. We will absolutely recommend him to our friends who are needing an inspector - and we highly recommend him to you too!

DJ was wonderful. He was great at keeping me up to date with what was going on and working around my schedule. He was very polite and respectful, explained everything in a way we could understand and helped us understand even the small problems that might arise in the future and could require attention.
He even recommended a few people for work that we needed done on the house. I'll definitely be recommending him to anyone I can in the future!

Appreciate DJ’s inspection report and action list, excellent work and communication. We own a real estate brokerage and several of our Buyer clients have used DJ, so we can recommend him without reservation! DJ had to go back to the property because all utilities weren’t turned on for inspections like they should have been. He worked us back into his schedule and completed the inspection with time to spare. Thanks for all you do to keep our clients informed and on schedule!

My house is vacant and DJ had came by 4 days before I was going to be back at my house! I checked with the realtor and my security system! To make sure he was the last person to enter my house! DJ had left several lights on in the house! I had been keeping my thermostat at 75° he turned it down to 68° and did not turn it back up! Also left the back door not only unlocked but open as well! This is unexceptionable!

DJ came and inspected 2 homes before we bought finally. He saved us from making a huge mistake on the first home. It looked like a great home until he showed us potential problems. Not only was he reasonably priced but he was beyond thorough. He explained to us very thoroughly and how to remedy any issues and who the best person to go to fix those problems. This guy is the Man!!! I'll recommend to anyone who is buying or selling. I did send him to 2 people already.

DJ did a great job for us! We are moving to the area from Dallas area and weren’t able to be present during the inspection, but he provided us with a great and detailed report which spelled out everything crystal clear.
He included thermal images of missing installation and drone shots of some roofing issues which were a very nice touch.
Arranging a home inspection in a town you’re not familiar with is a little bit daunting, but DJ was extremely knowledgeable and polite over the phone. He has excellent communication skills, stays in contact, and in our case worked us in on a very short time

I feel so confident in the inspection Dj did for our new home! He is so personable and knowledgeable, having him here made this process an excellent experience! Not only did he communicate with us to decide on what time and Day was best for us, he also arrived roght on the dot!
