very structured, follow through with everything they tell you. did take previous review under consideration and asked about billing for the report. you don't need a report if you don't want it; of course if you ask for it, you gotta pay for their services! excellent work and timing, and great team to be around. will hire again.

Maybe they deserve more than two stars but their billing process was a little misleading. We needed them to conduct a structural review of a house we are buying. They really did a good job on this. They estimated 4-5 hours and hit that mark at 4.5. We needed something to show to the current homeowners and asked for a report. This is where they could have been more forthcoming. Instead of telling us it would be another 4.5 hours to create that report, which I really think should have been included in the initial service, they just created the report and billed us. My mistake for not asking but their
